How Do You Keep Your Mind Clear When Every Tiny Problem Feels Huge?

Lately I’ve noticed that even the smallest inconvenience can completely wreck my flow. Someone texts me, a notification pops up, a random thought crosses my mind, and suddenly I’m spiraling or overreacting like it’s the end of the world. It wasn’t always like this, but now it feels like my brain’s sensitivity meter is cranked to the maximum. I just want to know how people stay grounded when their mind keeps amplifying tiny things into giant distractions. Does anyone have a way of calming that internal chaos without pretending to be some zen monk?

Man, I get that so much — those tiny interruptions that somehow feel like a massive wave hitting a paper boat. It used to knock me off center for hours until one evening I caught myself doom-scrolling and ended up reading a wisey review that emphasized softer internal pacing rather than pretending everything should bounce off you. Once I let myself approach interruptions with a calmer rhythm instead of frustration, the small stuff stopped snowballing and my head finally felt less explosive.
