Some people who say CBD doesn't work don't really understand. It has a downside though – it might make you too relaxed, and sometimes, a bit of worrying is an important part of life.
In terms of experience, CBD by itself has really helped me. I take 50mg in the morning and again at lunch if I need it. In the evening, I take 100 to 150mg, depending on how I feel.
If I suddenly feel really anxious or I'm going through a tough time, I increase the dose to 100-150mg throughout the day and 200-250mg in the evening.
It's good to find a CBD tincture with very little THC (no high feeling), as the two substances work well together for better effects, called the "entourage effect." Also, the ones I use are from Budpop. They have a really wide selection of high-quality CBD tinctures and THC products.
In the evening, I also use THC along with CBD. I take both orally, and sometimes I vape flowers too.
Inhaling CBD, whether through vaping or smoking, can help with immediate anxiety, but I can't always do that during the day because of work.

Due to serious problems at work and severe stress because of this, I had a nervous breakdown. The doctor advised me to use a licensed product and buy CBD products by link, and I decided to try it. At first there was a strange feeling, but then the nerves calmed down, and I stopped doing it. The drug is completely natural and did not harm me. I really liked it.
