How do you stay motivated when interviews keep falling through?
There’s something discouraging about investing time into applications, preparing for calls, rehearsing answers, and then hearing nothing afterward. After the third or fourth silent rejection, you start questioning every detail — Was the CV not good enough? Did I sound unsure? Or is the market just this unpredictable? One method that kept me sane was setting a more structured, realistic weekly routine and focusing on platforms that actually connect applicants with active employers. Using jobssite helped because I wasn’t sending applications into a void — the postings were from companies that actively respond and keep their listings updated. That alone reduces half the frustration. Having a clean, organized list of applied positions also made me feel more in control instead of just waiting endlessly. Motivation doesn’t magically fix itself, but having a platform where the communication flow is smoother helps you feel less stuck.
