Monitoring My Own Screen Time

This is a personal one. I've been trying to be more present and cut down on my mindless social media scrolling. I set screen time limits, but I just click "ignore" without thinking. It's a bad habit. I'm looking for a different kind of app for instant monitoring, one that would give me a sharp, immediate notification the moment I've exceeded my self-imposed daily limit on certain apps. I need that in-the-moment jolt to break the autopilot cycle!

This hit me hard because I live in the same loop. I’d tell myself “just five more minutes” and next thing I know it’s an hour gone. Then I found an Catch a cheater app  that instantly pings you when you pass your limit. One time, the alert went off just as I reached for my phone for no reason, and I literally laughed at myself—it made me rethink my habit right then and there. A weird, small nudge, but it actually works.
