Who will handle problems that may arise while working with a new ERP system? I'm still only considering starting to work with some new system for managing my business, and I want to figure out in advance all the details that could affect the efficiency of the work. If problems, bugs, or malfunctions occur, who can I turn to? Will I have to look for new specialists or developers?

We installed ERP from FirstBit UAE last year — and honestly, it was like 20 extra kilos were lifted from our neck. It really helps that the system is adapted to the UAE market: VAT, salaries, personnel records — everything is legal. Project and procurement management was especially helpful — now everything is in one panel. We see budgets in real time, people stopped sending a million emails. There were doubts, but now — we only regret that we did not implement it earlier.
