Who will handle problems that may arise while working with a new ERP system? I'm still only considering starting to work with some new system for managing my business, and I want to figure out in advance all the details that could affect the efficiency of the work. If problems, bugs, or malfunctions occur, who can I turn to? Will I have to look for new specialists or developers?
