AromaTech diffusers—worth the price or overrated?
Thinking about upgrading my home scent game, and AromaTech keeps popping up. Their diffusers and oils look high-end, but are they really that much better than regular ones? Do the scents last long, and is the coverage as good as they claim? Also, if something goes wrong, how easy is it to get help through AromaTech customer service?

Bought a diffuser from them because I wanted that luxury hotel scent at home. Everything was fine at first, but after a few weeks, the scent got weaker, even with plenty of oil left. Found aromatech phone number and gave them a call. It took a bit to reach someone, but once I did, they walked me through a deep clean and even suggested a different oil blend. The fix worked, though I wish the troubleshooting guide online had more details. Their support was knowledgeable, just not the fastest.
