Which U.S. bank statement templates look as realistic as possible?
I needed a statement for TD Bank, and honestly, I was afraid I'd fall for some primitive template with fake numbers and a crooked logo. I was in the process of submitting it for a financial audit, and the visual had to be flawless.
I found a decent one on this site: https://bankstatementgenerator.org/product-category/usa-banks/.
I chose TD Bank, and they made a template where everything, down to the background of the document, the lines of small text, and even the fonts, matched what I remembered from my old originals. It was not just a transactional table but a complete, thoughtfully designed document. Even the notification lines and header structure all matched. It was convincing 10 out of 10, especially if you need a document “for your eyes” and not for checking against databases.

In my opinion, realism depends a lot on the little things - not just the logo or formatting, but on the overall structure: how the columns are laid out, how the amounts look, where the dates are, and what warnings or captions go at the bottom.
Bank of America, for example, uses a very specific style with a header and small texts - and if it's not there, you can immediately see that it's fake. So just downloading a template is not enough - it is important that it is bank-specific, not “one-size-fits-all”.
