Is it worth ordering a 3D visualization of a restaurant before renovation?
We are just starting to develop the concept of a small restaurant. There is a designer, but so far everything is only in the form of drawings and references. I am a visual person by nature - it is difficult for me to imagine how everything will look in real life. I am thinking, maybe, to order a 3D visualization, so that I can immediately see the atmosphere and space. Has anyone gone through this? How much does it really help before the start of construction?
We were opening a coffee shop, and at first we had no idea how the interior would feel. We ordered 3D rendering from https://fortes.vision/3d-restaurant-rendering/ , and it literally turned our approach upside down. We saw how the light falls at different times of the day, how cramped it would be in areas that seemed "spacious". Even the sign was changed several times after visualizations - we definitely wouldn't have guessed in real life. Plus, they did everything quickly, and the pictures were so realistic that we immediately started posting them on social networks as a "concept preview". This generated interest long before the opening. So if you want not just a plan, but a real understanding of the atmosphere - this is a great investment.
