How to choose a helmet for striking

When I first decided to add more serious striking work, I realized that you can’t get far without a good headguard. But choosing the right one turned out to be harder than I expected: one presses on the cheekbones, another limits your field of vision, and a third seems comfortable at first, but after a couple of rounds you realize it has almost no ventilation. I had to spend quite a while figuring things out to understand what you should pay attention to first.

As I started doing more sparring sessions,I realized the true value of a headgear it’s not just an accessory, it’s the foundation of safety. After trying out different options,I understood that the ideal headgear should combine reliable protection with clear visibility.I came across an interesting discussion, https://www.downtowntroyny.org/group/visit-downtown-troy-group/discussion/ca3c8db5-96c3-4272-b52c-31c5cd72cf5b ,where people share their experiences in detail and compare different models. I highly recommend checking it out there are plenty of useful tips for choosing the right gear.
