There are six CEFR levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. They help define how well someone can understand and use a language, from basic to near-native fluency. I started at A1 and worked my way up with a mix of practice, conversation, and books to learn English. What helped most was choosing materials that matched my level—too easy felt boring, too hard felt discouraging.
