The following terms and conditions must be accepted before placing an order for live poultry:

SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY: I understand that all orders will be scheduled based on availability. Chase Hatchery may not be able to provide a definite hatch or ship date until my order is officially scheduled.

SHIPPED ORDERS: I understand that once live poultry has been delivered safely and on time, Chase Hatchery does not guarantee mortality or morbidity.

BROODER HEATING: I agree to use a heat lamp, not a heat plate, for my chicks during their first two weeks.

SEXING ACCURACY: I understand that gender selection on sexed breeds is approximately 90% accurate.

CANCELLATION FEES: I understand that there is a $20 cancellation fee for any order with a confirmed hatch/ship date, and a $5 fee for all other cancelled orders to cover processing costs—no exceptions. I understand that orders cannot be cancelled within 14 days of the hatch date.

SHIPPING MINIMUM: I understand that a minimum of 3 birds is required to ship an order and that 25 birds are required to receive free shipping.

BREED/COLOR MINIMUMS: I understand that there is a minimum of 3 chicks per breed/color on all chicks except males, turkeys, and ducks. I will not place my order until these minimums are met.

SCHEDULING CHANGES: I understand that my scheduled hatch/ship date may change on rare occasions.
