The following terms and conditions must be accepted to order live poultry.

ALL ORDERS will be scheduled upon availability. I understand that Chase Hatchey may not be able to give me a definate date until my order is scheduled.

I understand theHealth Chick Guarantee.

SHIPPED ORDERS: After live poultry is delivered in a safe and timely manner, I understand that mortality or morbidity is not guaranteed.

I agree to familiarize myself with the live poultry care guidelines.

I agree to use a heat lamp for my chicks their first two weeks, NOT A HEAT PLATE!

I understand that gender selection on sexed breeds averages 90% accuracy.

CANCELATION FEES: I understand that there will be a $20 fee for all cancelled orders that have a confirmed hatch/ship date, and $5 fee for all others to cover credit card processing fees, no exceptions!

I understand that no orders will be cancelled 14 days prior to hatch date.

SHIPPING MINIMUM: I understand that there is a minimum of 3 birds to ship an order and 25 to receive free shipping.

ORDER MINIMUMS ON SHIPPED ORDERS ONLY: I understand that there is a minimum of 3 chicks per breed/color on all chicks, except on males, turkeys, and ducks. Do not place your order until these minimums have been met.

I understand that on rare occasion, my scheduled hatch/ship date can change.
